We accept no responsibility if third-party Platforms such as Amazon, Ebay etc… do not authorise you to sell specific brands on their platforms. We can provide the necessary documentation to gain authorisation to sell the brands we supply, however said platforms review applications on a case by case basis and it is your responsibility to work with them to un-gate each brand. We do not sell on a sale or return basis, Failure to gain permission to sell our products on any third-party platform does not qualify you for a refund or a return of the goods.

CENTRAL COSMETICS IS AN AUTHORISED & VERIFIED WHOLESALER AND OUR INVOICES ARE ACCEPT BY AMAZON AND ALL OTHER MAJOR MARKETPLACES, IF IN ANY CASE AMAZON OR ANY OTHER MARKETPLACE REJECTS AN INVOICE THIS CAN BE FOR VARIOUS DIFFERENT REASONS DEPENDING ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SELLER OR THE MARKETPLACE ITSELF WHICH WE AS A WHOLESALER HAVE NO CONTROL OVER. AMAZON OR ANY OTHER MARKETPLACES DON’T ALWAYS GIVE SELLERS OR ANYONE A GENUINE REASON WHY THE INVOICE IS REJECTED AS THIS IS HOW THEY OPERATE IN SOME CASES.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS OF AN ORDER/PRODUCT IF AN INVOICE IS REJECTED OR A CERTAIN BRAND OR PRODUCT HAS BEEN GATED FOR THE SELLER (OUR CUSTOMER)

EXPORT ORDERS – PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE IMPORTER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO MEET THEIR  LOCAL IMPORT CUSTOMS GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR IMPORTING FROM UK TO THEIR DESTINATION COUNTRY.

We have made sure that all of our images portray the item for sale as accurately as possible. Customs & Shipping Related Issues:

If there are any issues with customs in regards to anything we are not liable for any damages, disposed stock or any returns procedure by the couriers, any returns are liable of 20% restocking warehouse fee of the full order amount not including shipping or any other related costs. Any claims for loss or damages you will have to make the claim with the couriers, we always input 100% information on the shipping booking which is provided to us by the customer anything else is the customers responsibility to inform us well in advance of any changes. For example selecting a specific shipping provider for the parcel to be sent with or anything to do with the order or the logistics side of the order as as a whole.
