We offer free standard delivery on all our orders within the UK mainland. Next day delivery delivery time frame is normally the next working day from dispatch working days. Your parcel will be sent via DPD.

International Delivery
Tracked delivery to Northern Ireland or Channel islands (including Guernsey & Jersey) – £29.99
Delivery time frame: 3 – 5 working days.
Tracked delivery to European Union countries – £29.99
Delivery time frame: 7 – 14 working days.
Tracked delivery to anywhere out of the EU (For example USA, Australia, New Zealand etc, majority of the orders weigh more than 2 KG) – £100
Delivery time frame: 7 – 21 working days.
Most EU orders are sent via DPD, but for some EU countries the parcel maybe sent via UPS,TNT, Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
All orders outside of the EU will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force
Order Tracking:
You can find your tracking number on your shipping confirmation email (please check your inbox or spam folder). You can also find your tracking number on the order status page in your account page after signing in.
Customs & Shipping Related Issues:
If there are any issues with customs in regards to anything we are not liable for any damages, disposed stock or any returns procedure by the couriers, any returns are liable of 20% restocking warehouse fee of the full order amount not including shipping or any other related costs. Any claims for loss or damages you will have to make the claim with the couriers, we always input 100% information on the shipping booking which is provided to us by the customer anything else is the customers responsibility to inform us well in advance of any changes. For example selecting a specific shipping provider for the parcel to be sent with or anything to do with the order or the logistics side of the order as as a whole.
We are unable to arrange and ship to Germany & Romania due to issues with Customs. Please get in touch with us for more information. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping and arranging collection from our warehouse with us.
